Cochrane, Canada - November 13, 2018 /PressCable/ —

At the launch of its new plumbing service, Royal Mechanical Services is making public three as yet unreleased facts about the service, set to go live this autumn, which fans and consumers within the Cochrane, Alberta area will find interesting.

The three facts include highlights such as how:

The idea for creating the plumbing service came about after reviewing the company’s established scope of services and the needs of the growing Cochrane area. Royal Mechanical determined that this new service would expand its ability to better serve homes and businesses in the surrounding areas, such as NW Calgary, Cremona, Springbank, Bearspaw, Bragg Creek and Redwood Meadows.

The plumbing service has actually been in development for a number of months as the company made accommodations for the addition of their dedicated and experienced plumber. As this is a new service, the starting team size is conservative to ensure the new service is manageable.

This goes to show that great services can be delivered by a small, experienced team and that team can benefit from the support of the larger company.

Compared to other businesses, Royal Mechanical Services has done something different for home and business owners in the Cochrane, Alberta area. They have created a team that can support both HVAC and plumbing services under one roof. The new plumbing service will include repairs and maintenance, hot water tank installation, tankless water heaters, pipe repair, water filtration system installation and repair. They will also be ready to take on larger projects including commercial plumbing contracts and heated flooring installation. The company is well known for providing high quality products that equally match the quality level of their customer service.

The plumbing service will be released as part of Royal Mechanical Services’ greater plans to continue to bring the best HVAC and plumbing services to the Cochrane community from their office at 130 Fifth Avenue, Cochrane T4C 1A8. By providing both residential and commercial services, Royal Mechanical plans to remain the most trusted and passionate plumbing and HVAC company in Cochrane.

Royal Mechanical Services’ new addition got it’s start when founder Jason Helfrich noticed a growing need for a better local plumbing service that was aligned with HVAC services. Jason has decades of experience in the HVAC field, after taking over the family business from his father, who started the company in 1984.

Jason Helfrich is quoted saying: “We like to explore ways to deepen our connection within the community, like taking part in local community events and charities. Adding this new service just made sense to us, it was definitely time and the need is there.”

Letran braces for surging Mapua in NCAA crossover round

MANILA, Philippines —  Colegio de San Juan de Letran, the Group B leader in the NCAA Season 102 men’s basketball tournament, needs to overcome Mapúa University in the crossover round to retain its hold on top of the standings on Monday at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan. The Letran Knights (4-2) look to pick up back-to-back wins when they face the Mapúa Cardinals (3-3) at 3 p.m., followed by Jose Rizal University’s (JRU) (5-1) clash and Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) (2-4) duel at 5 p.m. Playing without Titing Manalili, who suffered a right-knee injury on Friday, Letran must find a way to get past the Cardinals, who are riding a three-game winning streak. Mapúa opened the season with three straight losses but has since bounced back with big wins over San Beda, Arellano, and EAC. Veteran Marc Cuenco led the way in their most recent victory against EAC with 28 points, while Ivan Lazarte added 24. On Letran’s side, Manalili has been a key playmaker. He finished with 23 points and 12 assists in the Knights’ win over Lyceum on Thursday. With him sidelined, Letran will bank on Jimboy Estrada and Denzil Walker to counter Mapúa’s sharpshooting duo of Cuenco and Lazarte. After their clash, the JRU Heavy Bombers look to pick up their fourth straight win against the EAC Generals. The Generals look to play catch up in the standings when they face the tough JRU side. JRU’s Lawrence Mangubat and Chris Hubilla eye to overpower EAC’s duo of EJ Castillo and Wilmar Oftana.
