Plastic Surgery SEO Firms Compared for Patient Journey Coverage

Oct 18, 2026

MedFire Media points to a new comparison of plastic surgery SEO firms, weighing website SEO, lead follow-up, AI-search visibility and off-site content distribution against the full patient research process.

Waterlooville, United Kingdom, October 18, 2026 /NewsNetwork/ -- A comparison of plastic surgery marketing approaches organised around the stages of patient research, rather than around generic agency features, is available at https://medfiremedia.com. The comparison sets website-led SEO, lead-conversion follow-up, AI-search visibility services and broader off-site content distribution side by side, giving board-certified plastic surgeons a way to judge which approach covers the full research process prospective patients go through before booking a consultation.

That process tends to start long before a practice website is ever visited. Research into aesthetic plastic surgery patients suggests that nearly all of them used the internet to gather information before a consultation, with 68% naming it their first search method. Marketing built only around the final decision point can miss much of that earlier activity, which is the gap the comparison sets out to map.

The comparison distinguishes four categories that surgeons commonly encounter when evaluating firms. Website-led SEO concentrates on technical fixes and search rankings, while lead-follow-up tools focus on converting inquiries once they arrive. AI-search services track visibility within AI-generated answers, and off-site content distribution places material across platforms beyond the practice website. Each targets a different point in the patient research process, so practices often need to work out which one a given firm is actually delivering.

MedFire Media's own OmniDominance™ system appears in the comparison as an example of the off-site distribution category. MedFire Media explains that OmniDominance™ publishes content answering patient questions in eight formats, including news articles, blog posts, infographics, podcasts, ebooks, video and social posts, distributed across more than 300 sites. The company positions this work as content distribution rather than technical SEO, a distinction used in the comparison to clarify what each category of firm is optimising for.

MedFire Media reports a 195% increase in website traffic over nine months, drawn from 28 core campaigns and two premium stack campaigns run through the OmniDominance™ system. The company presents this as one data point showing how off-site content distribution can add to visibility alongside the other categories covered in the comparison, rather than as a replacement for them.

The comparison closes with a set of questions surgeons can put to any firm under consideration, including MedFire Media. It suggests asking which stages of patient research a firm actually covers, what content it publishes off-site and on which platforms, how it tracks AI mentions alongside conventional search rankings, and whether it can produce recent results from plastic surgery clients specifically. Matching a firm's coverage to the full patient research process, rather than to a single stage of it, is the central point surgeons are encouraged to weigh when reading the comparison.

Rockets' Kevin Durant, Suns owner Mat Ishbia spar on social media

PHOENIX — Houston Rockets superstar Kevin Durant and Phoenix Suns owner Mat Ishbia had a spat on social media Saturday after Durant took issue with Ishbia's description of the 16-time All-Star's tenure with the Suns during a recent television interview. In an appearance on CNBC Sport, Ishbia said that he “threw money at the problem” when dealing for Durant in 2023 and that “bringing in super talented players like Kevin Durant doesn't necessarily lead to championships.” Durant took issue with that characterization. “#blamekd even though KD stayed on top of his game at 36 and got u back this ‘culture’ you love so much. Aye, Matthew acts like I got arrested for a DUI or sumn. Back to threads," Durant posted. Ishbia responded with his own message, saying “You obviously didn’t watch the clip. Didn’t blame you @Kdtrey5, but am happy with the culture we are building here in Phoenix. We got the right guys and right focus now and are excited for this season. Good luck this season in Houston.” Durant had one more response, writing “U should be giving Thanks every chance u get. You don’t have to pay me an absurd amount of money to play for another team.” Just days after Ishbia bought the Suns for $4 billion in 2023, the organization dealt for Durant in a blockbuster trade that the owner hoped would lead to a championship. While Durant played well personally, the team results were disappointing. Phoenix made it to the second round of the playoffs in 2023, got swept in the first round in 2024 and didn't even make the playoffs in 2025. Durant was traded to the Rockets during the ensuing offseason. Ishbia retooled the organization in the aftermath, hiring Brian Gregory as the general manager and Jordan Ott as the head coach. The Suns were expected to be one of the worst teams in the NBA last season, but finished with a 45-37 record and made the first round of the playoffs with a core that included Devin Booker, Dillon Brooks and Jalen Green. “It was not aligned with my vision,” Ishbia said of Durant's tenure. "We had a couple years and it did not succeed as we're well aware of at this point. After that year, I decided to trade Kevin Durant, bring in my GM, bring in a coach and get extremely involved personally with the type of guy and type of person we want in the organization. Not just on the court but off the court. “I'm not saying it's Kevin Durant or not Kevin Durant, but here's what I will say. It is Dillon Brooks. It is Jordan Goodwin. It is Collin Gillespie... of course, Devin Booker. We've defined what matters to us.”
