Mr. Haggard is pleased to have officially partnered with Abuse Guardian - the only alliance of sexual abuse attorneys in the United States - as he feels this partnership will allow him to better support and represent his clients in civil court. Despite both old and new cases constantly coming to light, Mr. Haggard has seen that there is still a pervasive culture of silence around sexual abuse within private education institutions. It is for this reason that he has expanded his services for the victims of these crimes so that he can better help sexual abuse survivors file a lawsuit against the school that failed to ensure their safety and perhaps also buried their abuse.

Together, Michael Haggard, Esq. and Abuse Guardian can also thoroughly investigate a private school’s actions and gather evidence that will help them make a strong case against that school in civil court.

As the attorney explained, “A private school abuse lawyer can provide legal representation and support throughout the entire legal process, including investigation, negotiation, and litigation. They can help you understand your legal rights, pursue compensation for damages, and hold the responsible parties accountable for their actions.”

Additionally, Mr. Haggard would like the victims of sexual abuse crimes like inappropriate touching and the sharing of explicit materials without consent to know that he can now also represent them. Michael Haggard and Abuse Guardian know that abuse can come in many forms, and believe that the victims of all types of abuse deserve justice and compensation.

Michael Haggard, Esq. offers victim survivor representation and he encourages all victims and survivors who would like to report and sue their abuser to come forward and seek his legal advice and contract his services.

Abuse Guardian said, “Our skilled legal team is steadfast in our dedication to protecting and advocating for the rights of victims in these troubling circumstances. We guarantee the relentless pursuit of justice and proper recompense for our clients. You can confidently rely on our unwavering commitment and compassionate assistance at every phase of your legal process.”

UP Revenge? Remogat just wants to steady Maroons' ship

MANILA, Philippines -- Noy Remogat helped lead the way as University of the Philippines defeated last year's Finals tormentor De La Salle, 80-76, in the UAAP Season 89 men's basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena Sunday. Remogat fired a season-high 20 points including the insurance free throw in the last five seconds for the Fighting Maroons who held off the Green Archers fightback in the final canto. Asked if he's performance is fueled by thirst for revenge after last year's Finals heartbreak against La Salle, Remogat said he simply wanted to steady the ship for UP which snapped a 2-game skid. "I don't really have that hunger for revenge from last year," said Remogat. "After those last two losses, there’s something I want to achieve as a person and something we want to achieve as a team and that is to bounce back from those two losses and string together some wins." Remogat and the Fighting Maroons improved to 3-2 for a share of third place in the standings with the Adamson Soaring Falcons. UP looks to break that tie with Adamson on Wednesday and get a win run going. "We should set the tone in our practices," said Remogat. “But it wasn’t just me (today). Jacob (Bayla), James (Payosing) and our other leaders, Gani (Stevens) and Veejay (Pre), really stepped up, and the team responded.” Pre stepped up, indeed, and backstopped Remogat. The 6-foot-4 forward banged 19 points, seven rebounds, and three assits.
