Oudh Al Anfar Unveils New Anfar London Midnight Frost Arctic and Midnight Frost Eclipse at Exclusive Dubai Launch, Ahead of U.S. Debut

Oudh Al Anfar, the Dubai fragrance house with roots dating to 1950, expands its viral Midnight Frost collection with two new extraits created by perfumer Ahmedullah Anfar

United Arab Emirates, October 22, 2026 -- Dubai-based fragrance house Oudh Al Anfar has unveiled two new additions to the Midnight Frost collection of Anfar London, one of its flagship brands: Midnight Frost Arctic and Midnight Frost Eclipse. The extraits de parfum were unveiled on October 5, 2026, at an exclusive event at the Conrad Dubai, one day before Beautyworld Dubai 2026 opened its doors.

The launch follows the breakout success of Midnight Frost Tangerine earlier in 2026, which turned the collection into one of the brand’s most talked-about lines on social media. Both new scents are now arriving in the United States through Anfar USA, the brand’s official U.S. operation, at $49.99 each.

A Launch Night in Dubai

The evening at the Conrad Dubai brought together leading content creators, the company’s strategic partners and well-known personalities from across the United Arab Emirates. Guests were the first to experience Arctic and Eclipse, two contrasting takes on the cool, nocturnal mood that defines Midnight Frost.

Timing the launch on the eve of Beautyworld Dubai 2026 placed the new fragrances in front of the region’s most influential beauty voices at the start of the industry’s busiest week.

“We are grateful for our father’s guidance and the support of our entire family, which allow us to keep growing,” said Abdullah Anfar. “With these two new additions to the Midnight Frost family, we aim to repeat the success of Tangerine. We created two fragrances that complement each other: one fresh and clean, and the other bolder, more elegant and full of personality.”

Two New Faces of Midnight Frost

Both fragrances were created by Ahmedullah Anfar, the perfumer behind the new releases, who designed them as a complementary pair.

Midnight Frost Arctic is the fresh, clean side of the duo, capturing the clarity of polar ice. A crisp, aquatic opening of water, apple, jasmine and galbanum gives way to juicy pear and pineapple brightened by lily of the valley and a touch of pepper. Cedarwood, amber and musk leave a clean, luminous trail.

Midnight Frost Eclipse is its bold, elegant counterpart: a moonlit winter night. Mineral amber, apple, grapefruit, Italian bergamot and melon open onto cypress, lavender, coconut, pear and sea salt. A warm base of vanilla, cedarwood, benzoin, Ambrofix and tonka bean gives it depth, character and lasting power.

Three Generations of Oud Expertise

Oudh Al Anfar traces its heritage to 1950 and to Assam, India, where founder the late Haji Anfar Ali and his wife, Samsun Nehar Anfar Ali, built a reputation as masters of agarwood and dehn al oudh. Their son, Mostaque Anfar Ali, trained under their guidance and in 1995 brought the family’s craft to the Arabian Peninsula, growing it into a major trader across the GCC.

As Chairman, Mostaque Anfar Ali established the company’s base in the UAE and built a chain of retail showrooms across the Gulf. Launches such as Silver Spray and Mukhallat Al Badar (2006) made the name a benchmark in Arabian perfumery. Today Oudh Al Anfar operates more than 25 retail outlets and its own manufacturing facility in the UAE, serving markets across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The company is now also led by Mostaque’s sons, Abdullah, Ahmedullah and Obaidullah Anfar. The new generation is taking Oudh Al Anfar global, pairing the family’s decades of oud craftsmanship with modern brands like Anfar London and entering highly competitive markets such as the United States.

Availability

Midnight Frost Arctic and Midnight Frost Eclipse are available in the United States for $49.99 each at anfarusa.com and on the official Anfar TikTok Shop (@anfar.usa).

Higher-seeded Shnaider up next for Eala at Ningbo Open

FILIPINO tennis ace Alexandra “Alex” Eala tries to get a winning streak going when she battles a higher-seeded Russian in the round of 16 at the WTA 500 Ningbo Open on Thursday. Clamor tapped as head coach of Altas Spikers

LAS PIÑAS CITY — Multi-titled volleyball coach Dexter Clamor took over as the new head coach of the University of Perpetual Help men’s volleyball team in preparation for NCAA Season 102 this year. He replaced Michael Cariño, who handled the Altas Spikers for the past two seasons. Clamor is bringing along former Perpetual Help players Sandy Montero and EJ Casaña as part of his coaching staff. Clamor, who hails from Mariveles town in Bataan, was a public school teacher by profession before he transitioned as coach for the Cignal HD Team that won six Spikers’ Turf championships. “Well, when they called me and offered the position, honestly, I was surprised. But at the back of my mind, I felt that maybe it’s time to give back to my alma mater,” Clamor said. “I want to share my knowledge and experience that I gained from playing and coaching volleyball to the Altas team. I want to help them grow, not just as volleyball players, but also as individuals.” Returning for the team this year are John Castil, Dexter Arrozado, Klint Mateo, Charles Pallasa, James Pascua, Justin Favila, Ike Jolaton Nash Abenoja, 2nd Best Middle Blocker awardee Jester Bornel and last season’s Rookie of the Year Marc Tangon. They are joined by rookie players Daryll Torio, Dave Borasca, John Penaroyo, JP Noblefranca, Steven Corpuz, Josh Cubar, Dino Espiritu and Marius Calijan. “One of my biggest goals is to bring back the championship culture here, the same legacy that Coach Sammy [Acaylar] had left us,” Clamor added. “For the past two seasons, we failed to reach the semis, so I know this is a big challenge for the coaching staff. But I see it as an opportunity to help rebuild the program, develop the players, and bring Perpetual Help back to where it belongs.” “For me, it’s more than just accepting a coaching position. It’s about giving back to the school that helped shape me, and doing my part to bring pride and success back to the Altas program,” he said. Clamor led Perpetual Help win back-to-back NCAA championships during his collegiate playing years in seasons 86 and 87. As the star setter and leader for the Altas Spikers, Clamor enjoyed a historic collegiate career where he was also awarded the league’s Most Valuable Player and Best Setter in season 87. Alongside teammates Marcelo Joaquin Jr., Jay Dela Cruz and Adam Daquer, the Altas Spikers swept the tournament at 14–0, securing the school’s seventh men’s volleyball title under the guidance of legendary coach Acaylar. Last year, Perpetual Help topped the elims in Group A with 10-3 win-loss record and earned the twice to beat advantage in quarterfinal round. The Carino-coached team, however, lost twice to Letran and failed to advance. Perpetual Help is the winningest team in NCAA volleyball with 14 championships under the guidance of Acaylar. The Altas Spikers last won the NCAA crown in 2024.
