All Heal Nonprofit Organization's new training on How to Accelerate Self Healing provides free information for anyone dedicated to more effective self-healing with natural medicine.

Hilo, United States - April 10, 2023 /PressCable/ —

This course is for anyone interested in achieving faster, more efficient natural self-healing without having to leave home. All Heal Nonprofit Organization offers free daily lessons on How to Accelerate Self Healing that start Monday after completing a brief survey to tailor the course content to each participant. The training will be delivered by email over five weeks.

For full details, interested parties are encouraged to view the website at https://allheal.org

Topics of Accelerated Self Healing™ that will be covered include:

Healing the Affected Body System. - Each person’s problem areas are specifically addressed. The body systems are organized by the depth of the tissue layer they grow from during embryological development. Healing progresses from deeper to more superficial tissue layers.

Balancing the Terrain. - Each type of disease only manifests in a particular range of terrain, which is the biophysical condition of the body that promotes health or disease. Healing the terrain is fundamental to achieving Accelerated Self Healing™. Each student will focus on correcting the specific terrain imbalance they are in currently.

Improving the Regulatory Response to Interventions. - Another vital subject is Regulation. The lowest level of Regulation is “Blocked,” where the necessary interventions don’t seem to have any effect until the blockage is finally cleared. The next level is “Negative,” where starting an effective healing plan increases symptoms before improvement is noted. Think of starting an exercise program and feeling achy at first. The covered level depends on the participant's self-identified response to healing interventions.

When asked about the reasons behind the decision to provide free training on such an in-demand topic, Dr. Glen Swartwout, Author of the Course of All Heal Nonprofit Organization, said,

“I’ve designed this new course to help people learn how to heal themselves efficiently with natural therapies without leaving home or resorting to toxic or invasive treatments.”

Alex Eala slips one spot to No. 19 in WTA rankings

MANILA, Philippines -- Filipino tennis sensation Alexandra "Alex" Eala slipped one spot to No. 19 in the latest Women's Tennis Association (WTA) official rankings on Monday. Dropping from a career-high rank No. 18, Eala sports 2,241 points with her latest place in the leaderboard. Belgian Elise Mertens leaping from No. 19 to 14 with 2,540 points caused Eala's slight descent. Eala first achieved the No. 18 rank which is also the highest among Southeast Asians in WTA Tour history on August 24. The 21-year-old eclipsed former Southeast Asian stars in Indonesian Yayuk Basuki and Thai Tamarine Tanasugarn who both peaked at No. 19. Basuki reached No. 19 in October 1997 while Tanasugarn matched it in May 2002. Eala reached the No. 18 rank after a fourth-round finish at the Canadian Open and a third-round campaign at the Cincinnati Open. Elena Rybakina (9,696) stayed at the top of the WTA leaderboard followed by Aryna Sabalenka (7,550) and new No. 3 Mirra Andreeva (6,371). Andreeva elevated from No. 5 to No. 3 after a runner-up finish at the China Open. Jessica Pegula (6,225) and Coco Gauff (5,974) rounded out the top five. Meanwhile, Eala was set to start her singles campaign at the 1000 Wuhan Open on Monday evening. Eala was to face Chinese qualifier and world No. 217 Han Shi around 9 p.m. Eala will also see action in doubles with close pal Zeynep Sönmez. The Filipino-Turkish tandem will clash against the Ukrainian duo of Anhelina Kalinina and Dayana Yastremska in the first round likely on Tuesday. Eala and Sönmez last teamed up at the Madrid Open last May in Spain where they made a second-round finish.

Letran braces for surging Mapua in NCAA crossover round

MANILA, Philippines —  Colegio de San Juan de Letran, the Group B leader in the NCAA Season 102 men’s basketball tournament, needs to overcome Mapúa University in the crossover round to retain its hold on top of the standings on Monday at the FilOil EcoOil Centre in San Juan. The Letran Knights (4-2) look to pick up back-to-back wins when they face the Mapúa Cardinals (3-3) at 3 p.m., followed by Jose Rizal University’s (JRU) (5-1) clash and Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) (2-4) duel at 5 p.m. Playing without Titing Manalili, who suffered a right-knee injury on Friday, Letran must find a way to get past the Cardinals, who are riding a three-game winning streak. Mapúa opened the season with three straight losses but has since bounced back with big wins over San Beda, Arellano, and EAC. Veteran Marc Cuenco led the way in their most recent victory against EAC with 28 points, while Ivan Lazarte added 24. On Letran’s side, Manalili has been a key playmaker. He finished with 23 points and 12 assists in the Knights’ win over Lyceum on Thursday. With him sidelined, Letran will bank on Jimboy Estrada and Denzil Walker to counter Mapúa’s sharpshooting duo of Cuenco and Lazarte. After their clash, the JRU Heavy Bombers look to pick up their fourth straight win against the EAC Generals. The Generals look to play catch up in the standings when they face the tough JRU side. JRU’s Lawrence Mangubat and Chris Hubilla eye to overpower EAC’s duo of EJ Castillo and Wilmar Oftana.
