The company’s biotin-based shampoo and conditioner are completely vegan and cruelty-free and are manufactured in the United States using 20 organic and natural ingredients for clean scalp and healthier hair growth, the company says.

According to the brand, the updated packaging resulted from a desire to embrace its customers’ ideas and address their questions. LuxeOrganix has changed the name of its biotin shampoo and conditioner from Biotin Hair Rescue to the customer-inspired name, Invigorate, with many customers expressing their enjoyment with the refreshing natural fragrance of the product and describing their usage of it as “invigorating,” “aromatherapy in the shower,” or like “walking into a luxurious spa at home.”

Another reason for the redesigned shampoo and conditioner bottles, the company says, was to remedy some customers’ confusion with the original product name, Biotin Hair Rescue, which led them to assume the product was meant only for those with scalp or hair loss issues.

Although the duo’s ingredients are known to prevent or eliminate frustrating scalp issues, such as itchy scalp or dandruff, and also for stimulating the scalp to encourage healthier hair growth, the all-natural shampoo and conditioner does not contain harsh hair re-growth chemicals that force unnatural or temporary hair growth or over-thickening of the hair, as some other brands offer, LuxeOrganix states.

Founder Christine Kominiak says, “By changing the product name to our customer-inspired Invigorate, we  hope it helps customers to understand that this product is good for all hair types, especially for those with keratin and color-treated hair who must only use a shampoo and conditioner without sulfates and sodium chloride.”

Kominiak adds that the new packaging for the company’s natural shampoo and conditioner was also influenced by customers who have challenges with seeing well in the shower. The new clear bottles were introduced to help customers easily identify the shampoo and conditioner from one another.

The new Invigorate name appears to be matching up perfectly to what users are saying about it, with one happy customer stating, “I have thick, naturally curly, color-treated hair that takes a beating with a flat iron every day.
