Held via live Zoom calls, the expanded breathwork training course has been created using practical, philosophical, and personal material pertaining to the NeuroDynamic Breathwork modality. Over a period of six months, NeuroDynamic Institute helps eager program participants make the transition to becoming certified facilitators of its revolutionary breathwork workshops.

The next training program is scheduled to begin in September 2023, with the course creators applying their latest upgrades for the continued benefit of participants. Led by NeuroDynamic founder Michael Stone and his senior staff, the training enables graduates to bring the advantages of breathwork to those pursuing personal development and healing.

It does this, program representatives say, by leading participants on the same style of journeys that they will eventually oversee. NeuroDynamic Institute seeks to convey the positive effects of its practice with its expert staff leading by example. This is said to prepare participants to deliver those same results to their own future clients.

In the words of a breathwork training program spokesperson: “We are the only platform in the world that offers regular live breathwork sessions so you can observe the real facilitation process by your teachers and practice what you have learned.”

Split into more than 350 training hours, the online program’s extensive curriculum spans components on breathwork history, facilitation skills, and workshop-specific elements. It also provides information on business management so as to help facilitators lead and maintain ongoing careers in the industry.

As explained by the program’s leaders, this breathwork training offers an array of additional advantages to its participants. Those taking the six-month online course can expect to have continuous access to their instructors, their paired study partners, and program alumni for support.

Michael Stone, NeuroDynamic Institute’s creator and head practitioner, has personally led more than 1000 breathwork sessions for a diverse range of international participants. For this course, he offers techniques and guidance accrued through his vast experience while inviting guest speakers and teaching partners from an established background in virtual and in-person breathwork workshops.

“This program exceeded my expectations,” said one prior participant. “There is a wealth of knowledge in the curriculum. You’ll find yourself widening your scope of knowledge while learning effective ways to be an NDB facilitator, gaining professional tools, and most importantly, gaining inner peace, love, and empowerment.”

NeuroDynamic Institute intends to fill 34 open spots in its breathwork facilitator training program, applications for which can be made through its official website.

Formula 1 star Perez considers early retirement amid Cadillac project

MEXICO CITY — Sergio “Checo” Pérez has been back in Formula 1 for less than a season and is already contemplating retirement. The Mexican driver said Tuesday that bringing Cadillac into a leading role in the sport’s top tier will take time, but he does not plan on competing with the team for much longer. “It’s a project that requires more time than I initially thought,” Pérez said in an interview with Televisa network. “I think giving a specific number (of years) is difficult, but it won’t be much longer.” The 36-year-old Pérez missed last season when Red Bull dropped him, but returned with Cadillac as it made its debut in the top category. His best results this season are a pair of 14th-place finishes. In addition, he has retired from five races due to various issues. “People who understand Formula 1 know the level I am driving at. It brought me great satisfaction to prove to myself that the circumstances of recent years were what kept me from showing my full talent,” he added. Cadillac, which also has Valtteri Bottas driving for the team, is bottom of the constructors’ championship, having yet to score a single point. “I’m aware that we are much closer to the end than the beginning, but that’s why I want to fully enjoy these Grands Prix — they are a dream,” Pérez said. Pérez explained that a key reason for considering retirement is wanting to spend more time with his wife, Carola Martínez, and their four children. “What really holds me back (from continuing) is my kids. I would love to stay as long as Fernando (Alonso), for example, but my children are at an age where I want to be around more,” he added. For now, Pérez is gearing up to compete in the United States Grand Prix later this week before heading to his home race, the Mexican Grand Prix, where he will reach 300 Formula 1 starts. “I’m excited about projects outside of motorsport,” he said. “I want to finish my time in Formula 1 on a high note, and all I can say is that we will know when (I retire) soon.”
