ERTC Claims Assistance For Restaurants: 2024 Tax Credit Application Expanded

Jan 29, 2024

LP Consulting has announced a new expansion to its Employee Retention Tax Credit filing assistance program for restaurants nationwide.

Monroe, United States - January 29, 2024 /NewsNetwork/ —

The new expansion comes as the deadline for claims draws near - April 2024 is the final date for any applications related to Covid-19 impact in 2020 - and fresh concerns arise with proposed legislation changes. LP Consulting understands how confusing this can be for restaurant owners, and is offering to guide them through the process to ensure they don’t miss out on owed rebates.

With the deadline so close, it’s imperative that claims are accurate and error-free, LP Consulting says. It has a team of CPAs who will oversee all paperwork, and they focus on creating audit-proof documentation to support each application.

Global restaurant traffic plummeted nearly 90% during the pandemic, according to data from industry consultants Aaron Allen & Associates - making it one of the hardest-hit sectors around the world. While the industry has now recovered, the ERTC is still available to claim - for bars, cafes, diners, and other eateries still struggling to reattain pre-pandemic customer levels, the funds offer critical relief.

Under the ERTC program, eligible employers can receive up to $26,000 per employee in tax credits for 2020 and 2021. LP Consulting rapidly pre-qualifies clients for the maximum potential credit, with all necessary paperwork uploaded and managed through a secure online portal.

The firm has helped numerous clients in the food and beverage industry to secure tax credits - with one recent client, a Houston restaurant group, receiving over $400,000 in ERTC funds.

Unlike loans, the ERTC does not need to be repaid, LP Consulting notes. For restaurants facing stretched finances, accessing these funds now allows them to reinvest in their business and support their growth goals throughout 2024 and beyond.

Discussing the service, a spokesperson for LP Consulting states: “We’re focused solely on maximizing your refundable claims for the Employee Retention Tax Credits with a simple process that requires less than 15 minutes of your time. Get in touch and you can quickly find out if you’re eligible - and then we’ll handle the claim on your behalf.”

Philippines tennis star Eala says 'I get overwhelmed sometimes'

NAGOYA, Japan — Alexandra Eala admitted on Friday that she gets "overwhelmed sometimes" by the huge weight of expectation placed on her as a trailblazer for tennis in the Philippines. The 21-year-old leaves the Asian Games having fallen short of her ambition to win gold for her country, instead settling for bronze. Eala is followed everywhere by adoring fans eager for a piece of the world number 18, who in August became the first player from the Philippines to win a title on the women's WTA Tour. "I definitely do get overwhelmed sometimes," said Eala. "But I understand that it's such a privilege to be in the position that I'm in and to be able to live out the dreams that I've always had as a kid. "So it's something I've had to accept that it comes with the job, and this is how things are. "I'm ready for the challenge." Eala, who skipped the prestigious China Open in Beijing to play for her country at the Asian Games, said she would take away good memories despite exiting in the semi-finals in a three-set defeat to China's lower-ranked Wang Xinyu. Wang went on to beat compatriot Zhang Shuai to win gold on Friday. "It does come with pressure, but I'm really happy that I was able to compete here," said Eala, who was the top seed. "To be able to share it with the Filipino people is really important," she added. "No regrets. I left everything on the court," said Eala. With Games gold comes direct qualification for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. Eala said it was still her "dream" to play in LA. "There are other ways of qualifying for the Olympics, so I guess it's also an extra motivation," she said. "Competing in the Olympics is definitely a dream of mine. So, if anything, I leave here more motivated."
