NeuroDynamic Institute’s upcoming breathwork instructor training course features over 350 hours of mostly live online training that will introduce students to key concepts of the NeuroDynamic Breathwork modality, facilitation skills and creating a breathwork facilitation business. The curriculum covers strategies for conducting successful workshops, from planning to promotion, as well as tactics for handling different scenarios and communicating effectively with an audience.

Suitable for beginners and those looking to expand their holistic health practice, the course includes modules on business development that teach participants how to start their own businesses and grow their client base. For those with their own practice already, they will get the chance to learn how to easily integrate Neurodynamic Breathwork into their processes.

A key feature of the program is the hands-on practicum sessions that allow participants to demonstrate what they have learned in a group setting or during one-on-one interaction with a member of the facilitator team. Moreover, attendees are paired with a study partner who acts as their accountability buddy, a unique approach that encourages quick internalization of concepts learned.

Beyond covering the basics of breathwork and vital facilitation skills, the NeuroDynamic Institute’s breathwork program has components focused on the personal development of participants. According to the company, a third of the entire curriculum is devoted to helping students gain a deeper understanding of themselves, identify and resolve limiting beliefs, and become better, more conscious humans.

Participants will receive ongoing support even after graduation, including access to $1000's worth of legal documents and membership in a diverse community of alumni for networking. The available spots for the program are limited to only 34 participants.

"The facilitator class has given me much more than I could have expected. Not only have I gained knowledge about facilitating breathwork sessions, but I have also gained a lot of knowledge about myself," a recent graduate of the program said. "The self-development part of the class has shown me some of my shadows and taught me how to become a better husband, father, friend, and human being."

Zamboanga batters Imus, keeps South playoff bid in MPBL

MANILA, Philippines — Zamboanga SiKat asserted its superiority over Imus Yangkee, 86-61, on Monday to keep its playoff drive going in the SportsPlus MPBL (Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League) 2026 Season at the Calapan City Coliseum in Oriental Mindoro. Improving on their 102-82 thumping of the Yangkees in their first encounter this year, the Zamboanguenos led by as many as 31 points (62-31) to arrange a knockout match with either the Mindoro Tamaraws or the Basilan Steel, who are battling each other in the second game, for the eighth and last quarterfinal slot in the South Division. All 15 Zamboanga players scored, led by Brandon Wilson with 12 points plus rebounds; Levi Hernandez, with 10 points plus 6 rebounds; Joseph Gabayni, with 7 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists; John Arthur Calisay, with 7 points and 4 rebounds; and Robin Rono, with 7 points and 4 assists. It was Paeng Are, the MPBL's first One Versus One champion, who was chosen the SportsPlus best player with 12 assists, 3 steals, 3 points and 2 rebounds. Zamboanga, with Calisay and Puray outscoring the entire Imus crew, 13-11 stormed ahead at halftime, 56-31, and never looked back. The Zamboanguenos ruled the boards, 61-40, and turned that into more points in the paint, 44-20. Imus concluded its campaign this year, putting to waste Dylan Darbin's 17 points and Ian Pardo's 16. The MPBL first held its games in Calapan in 2023 at the nearby Sentrong Pangkabataan Gym. Pola Mayor Jennifer "Ina Alegre" Cruz, team owner of the Mindoro Tamaraws, and Calapan City Mayor Doy Leachon led thousands of spectators who filled the newly inaugurated coliseum. TMT
