Author Sandy Pfund Releases The World’s First Enterneering Book “Enterneering: Resilience by Empowerment”

Nov 1, 2023

Key user-friendly guide for entrepreneurs and high-level executives to navigate the VUCA world.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – October 31, 2023 – Expert Sandy Pfund has released the world’s first Enterneering® book. It is a mindset-oriented guide for exponential business enterprise success, “Enterneering®: Resilience by Empowerment – Guidance in the Ultimate Enterprise Development in the 21st Century.”

The book is a welcome resource that provides a holistic approach to short- and long-term aspects of enterprise growth and business evolution. Pfund advocates for the concept of Enterneering®, which is a fresh means of defining corporate roles and responsibilities. The idea is to manage more efficiently and allow employees to do their jobs without feeling the need to micro-manage.

As in any company, there are various dedicated roles and tasks. If executives want to be efficient and use their time for business development and expansion, they must be able to let go of their employees’ respective responsibilities. After all, if a good hire is performing, leaders can learn to better trust their staff by employing the Enterneering® ideas to effectively back off and let them do their jobs.

“Enterneering® is an actionable process for executives and business owners to be more effective withintheir companies,” said Pfund. “Corporate cultures are in constant flux due to vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA). Instead of doing the work of others, it is incumbent upon leaders and decision-makers to not be distracted with everyday tasks and instead work smarter for resilient enterprise growth and inevitable expansion.”

Pfund continued, “Enterneering® is a great way to identify the concrete work that must be performed by high-level executives. If you are part of a C-suite, an entrepreneur or senior corporate leader, you will immediately relate to the invaluable information in my book. You will identify meaningful success and growth. Allow people to do what they do best and manage smarter. I have included real-world examples and insights to make changes that make good business sense. “Enterneering®: Resilience by Empowerment” provides structured steps for modern enterprise management, as well as a go-to continuous companion for your personal development.”

Some of Sandy Pfund’s most successful insights include:

  • Benefits gleaned from executives who consciously and consistently focus on company goals.
  • Success in overcoming micro-management or authoritarian business infrastructure.
  • Priorities that result in building successful businesses.
  • Stepping out of your comfort zone.
  • Incorporating Enterneering® while trusting operations and departments to perform their specific roles.

Philippines tennis star Eala says 'I get overwhelmed sometimes'

NAGOYA, Japan — Alexandra Eala admitted on Friday that she gets "overwhelmed sometimes" by the huge weight of expectation placed on her as a trailblazer for tennis in the Philippines. The 21-year-old leaves the Asian Games having fallen short of her ambition to win gold for her country, instead settling for bronze. Eala is followed everywhere by adoring fans eager for a piece of the world number 18, who in August became the first player from the Philippines to win a title on the women's WTA Tour. "I definitely do get overwhelmed sometimes," said Eala. "But I understand that it's such a privilege to be in the position that I'm in and to be able to live out the dreams that I've always had as a kid. "So it's something I've had to accept that it comes with the job, and this is how things are. "I'm ready for the challenge." Eala, who skipped the prestigious China Open in Beijing to play for her country at the Asian Games, said she would take away good memories despite exiting in the semi-finals in a three-set defeat to China's lower-ranked Wang Xinyu. Wang went on to beat compatriot Zhang Shuai to win gold on Friday. "It does come with pressure, but I'm really happy that I was able to compete here," said Eala, who was the top seed. "To be able to share it with the Filipino people is really important," she added. "No regrets. I left everything on the court," said Eala. With Games gold comes direct qualification for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. Eala said it was still her "dream" to play in LA. "There are other ways of qualifying for the Olympics, so I guess it's also an extra motivation," she said. "Competing in the Olympics is definitely a dream of mine. So, if anything, I leave here more motivated."
