Born and raised on the Peninsula, Alicia attended both Cupertino and Palo Alto schools. She then went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cal Poly Pomona in 1989 with a major of Management and Human Resources.

Coming from a real estate family, Alicia began her real estate career in 1991 working at Seville Properties in Los Altos. 

Seville Properties flourished and expanded to encompass three offices and a team of 110 dedicated agents until its acquisition by National Realty Trust in 1997. Membership in this exclusive cadre of agents necessitated a minimum of five years of sales experience and a commendable income level. 

For 15 years, Alicia partnered with her mother, Alice, successfully assisting buyers and sellers before deciding in 2006 to enter the management side of the business. For two years, she managed Coldwell Banker's top producing Los Altos office, overseeing more than 100 agents.

In 2008, Alicia and Alice partnered with the owners of Christie's International Real Estate Sereno to open their Los Altos office. Alicia took on the role of VP Regional Risk Manager, providing Christie's Sereno with a variety of management tools and services to reduce the risk of claim and loss.

Five years later, in 2013, Alicia and Alice decided to partner once again in selling residential real estate as Team Nuzzo. They are once again enjoying much success in listing and selling homes on the Peninsula.

Early in her career, Alicia became very involved in professional trade organizations, notably the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® and the California Association of REALTORS®. Demonstrating her commitment, she held various leadership positions within these organizations. In 2002, she served as the President of her local association, assumed the role of Professional Standards Chair at both local and State levels, and received the prestigious title of Real Estate Agent of the Year from her local association. 

Presently, Alicia remains an active and esteemed member of the Professional Standards Committee, contributes to the forms committee, and holds the position of Treasurer for the for-profit corporation PRDS.

She credits her success to a valuable lesson from her mother: treating clients like family. Prioritizing their best interests is her guiding principle, creating a strong bond with past clients whom she remains close to. Alicia finds immense reward in helping people achieve their goals, emphasizing the importance of genuine care, where each client truly feels like they are her top priority.

Having been a resident of Mountain View since 1994, Alicia raised her two daughters there, drawn to the exceptional educational institutions and the overall inviting atmosphere that characterizes the town.
