Abs After 40 workout program has been developed by Mark Mcilyar. He is known as a professional fitness trainer. Apart from using his expertise in coming up with Abs After 40, he has also used his own personal experience with weight loss struggles. He formulated an incredible solution that worked on him. This program is now shared with all those who wish to regain their youthful physical fitness.

The program stresses the importance of age as a culprit behind the inability to lose weight effectively. As explained by Mark, most men over the age of forty fail to get the desired results despite hard exercise routines. However, it is not their fault. Instead, it is the age-related debilitation that results in this failure. Therefore, the program unveils effective ways of overcoming all weaknesses in order to be able to turn an out-of-shape body back into an attractive and well-toned appearance.

EXCLUSIVE: Find Out How Men Over 40 Can Lose 20 Pounds of Belly Fat in a Month

Following this program can lead to many benefits. It is primarily aimed at helping middle-aged men shed unnecessary pounds. This process will lead to a desirable appearance instead of the usual “grandpa look” that most men carry at this age. As a result, one’s confidence levels will be raised. This is very important for reviving one’s social life.

Abs After 40 contains workouts that are 100% compound movements with free weights. Mark claims that no matter how much an older man may work out and how well he takes care of himself, overflow belly fat would not pull out until he ups his testosterone levels.

Personal trainers and gym attendance did not work for him. He claims how it is not anybody’s fault that these methods do not work, it is simply that one thing they must do differently which is lacking in their lives. Abs After 40 is one fitness program which warns men that even if they do not have any symptoms, they should seek treatment as low testosterone scores often lead to slump in bone density, meaning that bones become more dainty and increasingly prone to breaks.

According to Mark, a number of workout routines do not help men above 40 to take a load off their excess belly fat. They only work for younger men and not for men who are in their 40s. Mark claims that no matter how much an older man may work out, how well he eats and how well he takes care of himself, overflow belly fat would not leave and pull out until he ups his testosterone levels.

This weight loss program comes with workouts which are 100% compound movements with free weights. These movements use multiple joints at one time. When men perform these abdominal exercises, more muscle groups are recruited and used per exercise.

Moreover, these exercises help men do more in less time. By working countless muscle groups at the same time, men can perform couple of exercises and mark down the total amount of time they spend in the training. However, before men lift, they should not forget to warm up their muscles by performing a couple of minutes of walking on the treadmill or directly doing some jumping jacks.

Kim, Avaricio seal explosive showdown for ICTSI Apo crown

DAVAO CITY – Kim Seoyun delivered the decisive late punch in a gripping, see-saw battle with Chanelle Avaricio Wednesday here, birdieing the closing hole to fire a 71, force a tie for the lead and set up a potentially explosive final-round showdown for the ICTSI Apo Golf Classic crown and the Ladies Philippine Golf Tour season-ending spotlight. Kim erased a one-stroke overnight deficit with an early birdie, then displayed nerves of steel with a string of gutsy pars as the demanding Apo Golf and Country Club layout, compounded by the punishing heat and shifting winds, tested the leaders’ resolve and shot-making. Avaricio, meanwhile, endured a mid-round struggle that threatened to derail her bid to pull away. But the co-leader rediscovered her rhythm at a crucial juncture, stringing together three birdies in a four-hole stretch from No. 14 to regain the lead and put herself in position to double her overnight advantage at three-under overall. Just when Avaricio appeared poised to take control of the championship, however, Apo’s unforgiving finishing hole delivered another twist. Kim rose to the occasion on the par-5 18th, producing clutch shots and a pressure-packed 12-foot putt to cap her round with a birdie and a 71. Avaricio, unable to match the finishing surge, holed out with a three-putt miscue for a 72, leaving the two contenders deadlocked at 142 after 36 holes. Despite a strong finish that put her on the cusp of a maiden victory, Kim rued the missed birdie opportunities that could have given her a bigger advantage after a challenging day on the course. Reflecting on her performance, Kim was pleased with her approach shots but admitted that her putting let her down, despite hitting 15 greens in regulation. “My approach shots worked pretty well today. I hit 15 greens and had a lot of birdie chances, but I struggled with my putting. The putts just weren’t dropping, so it was kind of sayang,” said Kim.. With an experienced campaigner like Avaricio standing in her way, Kim is bracing for a fierce battle in the final round. Rather than dwell on the pressure of the occasion, she intends to savor the moment and stay focused on her game. “I would enjoy my game and try to embrace the moment,” she said. Avaricio shrugged off her late misstep, remaining confident of extending her winning streak as she guns for a potential fourth title of the season. “I three-putted the last hole, but okay lang. The rest of my putting really clicked because I missed a lot of greens. I think, overall, I only hit 10 greens today,” said Avaricio, who carded four birdies and four bogeys in an up-and-down round. Asked to assess her rival, Avaricio was quick to acknowledge Kim’s strong performance, noting that her putting simply did not go her way. “Kim is a really good player. Actually, she played really well today. Yung putting niya wasn’t dropping lang. I’ll just try to have fun, you know, focus on myself, and wish her the best,” she said. Avaricio expects patience and composure under pressure to be crucial in the final round as she looks to maintain her advantage and secure another victory. “I think it will boil down to patience and, you know, how well you handle the pressure. Honestly, I’ll just do my best tomorrow, and hopefully, I’ll make more birdies and fewer mistakes,” she added. The late reversal sets the stage for a compelling final-round duel between contrasting but equally determined contenders: Avaricio, a multi-titled campaigner with the experience and pedigree to thrive under pressure, and Kim, a hungry challenger chasing her maiden victory and a breakthrough moment after a string of near-misses on the tour. With the championship hanging in the balance, neither player can afford a momentary lapse. Kim has shown she can summon her best when the pressure mounts, while Avaricio has already demonstrated the scoring power to turn a tight contest in her favor. Their latest exchange suggests the battle for the title could go down to the final holes. But while the two leaders have emerged as the players to beat, Princess Superal has kept herself firmly in the hunt, ensuring that the championship race is far from a two-player affair. Superal mounted a stirring mid-round recovery, turning what had threatened to be an over-par outing into a 71 to catch erstwhile co-leader Harmie Constantino, who slipped to a 74. The two stood at 144, just two strokes behind Kim and Avaricio, leaving them well within striking distance if the leaders falter. Constantino, who had shared the lead entering the day, will also need a strong response after losing ground. Her challenge, however, remains alive, with the two-shot gap offering a realistic opportunity to rejoin the title fight should she find her early-round form. Further back, Daniella Uy carded a 72 for 146, followed by Yvon Bisera at 147 after a 73 and Sarah Ababa at 148 following a 72. All three face a steep climb, but Apo has proved capable of punishing even the slightest lapse, making a late charge possible if the leaders struggle to maintain their composure. Still, the burden of momentum rests squarely on Kim and Avaricio, whose closing-hole drama has turned the final round into a high-stakes test of nerve, precision and championship temperament. TMT

Shin tightens grip on Apo, builds 4-shot lead

DAVAO CITY – Micah Shin shrugged off a shaky backside start with a timely birdie-par-eagle finish before keeping his momentum at the Apo Golf and Country Club’s frontside to card a 68 Wednesday and tighten his grip on the ICTSI Apo Golf Classic. Armed with a four-shot cushion and 36 holes left to play, Shin turned what had shaped up as a wide-open title battle into a potential runaway, capitalizing on his wealth of talent, overseas-honed skills and intimate knowledge of the demanding layout where he developed and sharpened his game. Still, two rounds do not make a champion, and Shin knows the job is far from finished. But with his game holding firm under pressure and his course familiarity working to his advantage, the Korean-American has put himself in prime position to capture another Philippine Golf Tour crown and close out the season in emphatic fashion. Shin, who ruled the season-opening The Country Club Invitational, the PGT’s flagship event, last January, assembled a 12-under 132 halfway total to pull clear of the field and put himself on course for a second major statement on the local circuit. “I think if I just hit it well, I have a really good chance,” said Shin when asked about his chances after two rounds. “Yeah, I mean, it’s my home course, so it feels comfortable.” “Today was actually worse than yesterday, but I got some lucky breaks and made some really good par saves,” he added, highlighting how his composure proved just as crucial as his power in keeping the chasing pack at bay. “I thought I wasn’t putting too well, but I actually made a few putts, including some long ones. So I wouldn’t say I putted poorly, but yeah,” said Shin. His charge also forced the pursuers to keep chasing, with last week’s South Pacific winner Clyde Mondilla firing a second 69 for solo second at 138 and Sean Ramos also turning in a three-under card for a 139. Longshots Jeremy Tandoy and Kim Tae Soo matched 70s for joint fourth at 140, while Jeffren Lumbo and Collin Wheeler carded identical 71s to catch Russell Bautista, who matched par 72, at 142, and Negros leg winner Art Arbole carding a 70 to tie Angelo Que and amateur Alex Bisera, who matched 71s, at ninth with 143s. Last week’s low amateur Jacob Rolida and 2024 champion Jhonnel Ababa kept matching output of 72s for 144s as 45 players made the cut at 152, including Keanu Jahns, who skied to a 79. Starting at No. 10, Shin parred his first two holes before an up-and-down stretch threatened to undo his early advantage. He traded bogeys and birdies in a roller-coaster run from No. 12, allowing Mondilla and Ramos to close to within one shot and briefly putting the tournament leader under pressure. But rather than let the early stumbles dictate his round, Shin regrouped, steadied his game and struck back when it mattered most. A birdie on the 16th sparked his charge, setting the stage for a spectacular eagle on the par-5 No. 18 that restored his momentum and gave him breathing room as the heat intensified and the wind began to influence play on several holes. “It was like the wind was going to the left, so I was just trying to hit it right and then let the wind take it left and maybe get in the middle or kind of get a shortcut. I had about 230 yards left for my second shot and the wind was going slightly left again and hit my 4-iron. I was I was just trying to hit it in the middle green, which I did and made the putt from around 15 feet,” said Shin, recalling the decisive shot that set up his eagle. The backside finish underscored Shin’s ability to make the most of his biggest advantage: the combination of distance, precision and familiarity with Apo’s contours. Even after surrendering strokes early, he refused to back down, turning a vulnerable stretch into a springboard for another strong round. Poised to take control, Shin remained cautious about his chances, admitting that despite feeling confident, he had to rely on his course management to get through a challenging round. “I wouldn’t say no, but at the same time, I don’t want to say yes,” he said. “I was feeling pretty confident, but like I said, I didn’t really hit it too well today. I just managed the round really well and got through it.” TMT CAPTION: Micah Shin PGT PHOTO
